Kristen Anne Bell, born 1980 in the US of America, is an actor and a singer. She was born and raised in Huntington Woods, Michigan, and is the daughter of Lorelei (Frygier) and is an RN as well as Tom Bell, a television news director. She is the daughter of a Polish as is her father, who is German, English Irish and Scottish. Kristen discovered her talents in entertainment from a young stage of her life. In 1992 she won her first part in her audition in Raggedy Ann & Andy. Bell was accepted by her mother as an agent at the age of was 13 years old. Bell was later chosen for the newspaper advertisements and commercials for TV. Along with having private lessons in acting, she launched her career in the year 2000. Bell had a role that was not credited of Polish Wedding (1998), the film that was released in 1998. Bell participated in the Drama and Music Club of Shrine Catholic High School. Bell was cast as Dorothy in the production for high school that was The Wizard of Oz. Bell was then transferred in New York City, to the Tisch School of the Arts. She was a musical theatre student there. The year 2001 was the time Bell went to university and decided to portray the character in the role of Becky as Becky in Tom Sawyer. The same year, she had her first credit debut as Pootie Tang. Pootie Tang (2001), however, her performance was cut and she was only seen in the credit sequence. The year 2002 saw her first major role. Bell made an appearance on the Broadway production of The Crucible with Liam Neeson as well as Angela Bettis.
